Chicken Tomato Sauce

C h i c k e n
Tomato Sauce


Ingredients

150gr Boneless chicken breast
1Tbsp Chopped garlic
1 Onion, slice it
3-4 Fresh tomatoes, slice them
250ml Water
1Tsp Ground nutmeg
4Tbsp Tomato sauce
2Tbsp Worcester sauce
3Tbsp Sweet soy sauce
3-4Tbsp Cornstarch
Salt and Pepper
200gr Potatoes
2 Carrots
4-5 Leaves of green lettuce

Season meat with garlic and tomato sauce for at least an hour

Boil potatoes and carrot until tender

Heat oil and stir fry the seasoned meat until gold brown
Add onion, tomatoes, nutmeg and all seasoning sauces
Stir fry and let it just a bit burnt
Pour water and add mixed cornstarch and water to thicken sauce
(you can add more of mixed cornstarch and water, if you think it isn't thick enough)
Add salt and pepper
Keep stirring for 5-6 min

Serve warm with some potatoes, carrots and some fresh leaves of green lettuce
