Fried Rice with sliced meats

FRIED RICE
with sliced meats


Ingredients
(for two portions) 
250 gr Long grain rice
750 ml Water
5 Tbsp Oil
1 Carrot
1 Onion
1 Big red chilli
100gr Meat
2Tbsp Paprika powder
2 Cloves garlic
1 Fresh leek
3 Tbsp Soy sauce
2 Tbsp Oyster sauce
1 Tbsp Sugar
Salt & Pepper
1 Tomato
2 Fresh leaves of green lettuce

- C o o k i n g   S t e p s -

Wash the rice twice and cook rice properly with the measured water
Wash green lettuce leaves, tomato, cut tomato and put them in refrigerator

Ground 1 clove garlic, mix paprika powder and add a pinch of salt & pepper
Season the meat for 10-15 min
Heat oil and fry the meat for 2-3 min on each side

Ground onion and the rest of garlic
Cut chilli diagonally
Cut carrot in small cubes
Cut leek, wash and dry them on a piece of kitchen tissue paper

Now after rice ready, use the same oil to fry rice
 Heat oil and stir fry altogether grounded onion and garlic, and carrot
Put in rice and all seasoning sauces, add some salt, pepper and sugar
Stir fry evenly for 3-4 min and spread cutted fresh leek

It is ready!
Serve warmly with the sliced meat
Add some fresh lettuce leaves, some slices of fresh tomato and shrimp chips (krupuk)
