Birthday Fried Noodles
Ingredients :
150gr Egg noodles
2 or 3 Leaves of cabbage, cut it
1 Egg
1 Big red chilli
1 Carrot, cut diagonally
1 Fresh leek, cut it
(after cutting a leek, make sure to wash it to remove sand and grit)
A half clove garlic, chop it
A Half onion, chop it
3 Tbsp of soy sauce
3 Tbsp of sweet sauce
1 Tbsp of oyster sauce
Salt and pepper
Oil
1L Water
and
100gr Meat (chicken or pork) seasoned with garlic, salt, pepper and paprika powder
Cooking Steps:

Boil water and cook the noodles
When it is cooked, drain them and flush with cold water

While waiting noodles
Heat oil and fry the egg, fater that fry the seasoned meat
For cooking the neat, just cook for 2-3 minutes on each side
Check before flipping to make sure it has nicely browned

Heat oil
Stir fry carrot & chopped onion
Then throw in cabbage, chilli, garlic and all seasoning.. fry stir quickly
Throw in noodles and stir them evenly
Add salt & pepper
Keep stirring as needed to avoid burning noodles on the bottom

Finish!
Serve birthday noodles
with "krupuk", "acar", fried egg and some slices of the fried meat
