Stewed Chicken


Ingredients

250gr Boneless chicken breast, cut in cubes
150gr White Champignon, cut
1 Yellow paprika, cut in squares
2 Carrots, cut
Salt & Pepper

Ground Spices:
4 Cloves Garlic
1 Big Onion
2cm Turmeric
2cm Ginger
1cm Galangal

Marinate cutted meats with ground spices for 10-15 min.

Heat oil & stir-fry the seasoned meat until cooked through

Put in carrots, paprika & champignon and add some salt and pepper
Stir-fry evenly and add 2 cups water, stir occasionally
Cover the pan and lower the heat, let it cook for 15-20 min

Serve it over warm rice

Steamed Beef&Veggie

Beef + Veggie
Ingredients
100gr Grounded beef
1 Onion, chop it
2 Carrots, cut in small cube
3 Potatoes, cut in small cubes
2 Tomatoes, just slice them, don't dice them
2-3Leaves of Cabbage, cut them
1 Big green chilli, cut diagonally
1Tbsp Chopped garlic
1Tbsp Sweet soy sauce
3Tbsp Soy sauce
2Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1Tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
Salt & Pepper

 Heat oil and stir fry grounded meat until golden brown

Gradually add carrots, potatoes, chilli and cabbage
Season them with all sauces, salt and pepper and stir evenly until vegetable wilted

Lower the heat and cover the lid to steam for 1- 2 min or more
It depends on how tender you want it to be

Serve it over warm rice


Spicy Chicken&Cabbage

Chicken & Cabbage
Ingredients
150gr Boneless chicken breast
1Tbsp Chopped garlic
1 Carrot, cut in little sticks
4-5 Leaves of cabbage, slice them roughly
1Tbsp Sesame oil
1Tbsp Oyster sauce
3Tbsp Soy sauce
2-3Tbsp Red paprika powder
2 Big red chilli, cut them diagonally
1 Fresh leek, cut in rounds
Cucumber & fried crispy onions
Salt & Pepper

Cut meat in small cubes and marinate them with garlic & paprika powder for 15 min

Heat oil and fry carrot sticks first and throw in cutted meats.
Stir fry until meat cooked.

Throw in chilies, cabbages and all seasonings.
Stir fry until cabbage wilted and last mix the cutted leeks

Serve it over warm rice
Add some fried crispy onion and some slices of cucumber will be refreshing!
