Beef + Veggie
Ingredients
100gr Grounded beef
1 Onion, chop it
2 Carrots, cut in small cube
3 Potatoes, cut in small cubes
2 Tomatoes, just slice them, don't dice them
2-3Leaves of Cabbage, cut them
1 Big green chilli, cut diagonally
1Tbsp Chopped garlic
1Tbsp Sweet soy sauce
3Tbsp Soy sauce
2Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1Tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
Salt & Pepper

Heat oil and stir fry grounded meat until golden brown

Gradually add carrots, potatoes, chilli and cabbage
Season them with all sauces, salt and pepper and stir evenly until vegetable wilted

Lower the heat and cover the lid to steam for 1- 2 min or more
It depends on how tender you want it to be

Serve it over warm rice
