Roasted Turkey
Ingredients

1kg Boneless turkey breast
8 Cloves of garlic
1 Big onion
2Tbsp Paprika powder
1 Chopped oregano
1Tbsp Instant broth
150gr Potatoes
1 Carrot
1 Big head broccoli floret
2Tbsp Cornstarch
Sweet corn kernels
500ml Water
Oil
Salt & Pepper

Rub the seasoning onto the turkey and keep in the refrigerator for a night
(Ground 7 cloves of garlic, a half of onion, 2Tbsp paprika powder, salt and pepper)

Boil potatoes and carrot until tender

While waiting potatoes and carrot
Heat oil and fry the seasoned turkey
2 or 3 min on each side
Don't forget to make sure it has nicely browned before flipping

After you get the nice brown color, remove the meat from pan
Move into an oven pan which has been applied with aluminium foil first
With the oil used to fry the turkey before, let's make sauce
Gently fry onion and garlic until turning golden brown
Pour 500ml water and add the instant broth
Mixed evenly cornstarch with 2 Tbsp cold water and put it in to thicken the sauce
(you can add more of mixed cornstarch and water, if you think it isn't thick enough)
Keep stirring until boiling

Heat the oven at 170°
Put the cooked carrot and potatoes around the meat
Pour evenly a half of the sauce onto them and add 5Tbsp water
(to keep meat moist and produce tasty sauce)
Spread chopped oregano on them
Cover them with aluminium foil
Bake for 45 min

While waiting
Gently fry the broccoli and sweet corn kernels
Pour 100ml water

Well, you already have all you need in your plate
Slice the turkey and serve it with tasty potatoes, carrot, broccoli and sweet corn kernels
Don't forget to pour them some sauce before eating
