Tempe Penyet - Sambal Peteh
"Tombo Kangen" from Indonesia

Simple Ingredients:

Sambal Peteh from KONIGSVOGEL brand

Tempeh
Salt
Grounded Garlic
Grounded Coriander
Oil

Easy Cooking Steps:

Mix salt, grounded garlic and coriander and few drops of water in  a flat plate
Slice tempeh 1 cm thick & make crosscuts on both sides of each slice to help permeate the mixed ingredients later
Apply the mixed ingredients evenly
Wait about 10-15 min to let the flavor of spices permeate the tempeh

Heat the oil and fry the tempeh
Be careful not to fry them to long, because they get easily dry & hard
 Drain up the oil
Put Sambal Peteh on it and slightly press them, get evenly flavor as you want

"Ready to eat while warm, enjoy!"

It' easy and I like to use some ready stuffs that I bought from asian shop,
so it wouldn't take much of my time!
It's simple and I ensure you too would be addicted!
