"Quick" Fried Noodles


 "QUICK" FRIED NOODLES
"QUICK" BAKMI GORENG

Ingredients :
150gr Egg noodles
2 or 3 Leaves of chinese cabbage
1 Dried chilli
A half clove garlic
3 Tbsp of soy sauce
3 Tbsp of sweet sauce
1 Tbsp of oyster sauce
Salt and pepper
Oil
1L Water

Cooking Steps

Put water in a pan, when the water is boiling, throw in the noodles
After 3 min drain the noodles and flush them with cold water

Heat the oil in a pan
Fry garlic first and throw in cooked noodles
Throw in chilli and other spices, quickly stir them evenly with the noodles
Last, throw in the chinese cabbage
Stir them quickly for about 5 min and it's ready!
