Broccoli Soup

Broccoli Soup



Ingredients

1 Big head broccoli floret
1 Egg
2 Tbsp Butter
5 Tbsp Cornstarch
2 L Water
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Chopped garlic
Salt & Pepper

Cooking Steps

Cut each broccoli floret and leave a little stalk of each cluster

Heat the butter, as it melts, throw in the cutted broccoli and stir them evenly with the melted butter
Put in garlic, salt, pepper and stir quickly

Pour the water
Mixed evenly cornstarch with 2 Tbsp cold water and put it in to thicken the soup
(you can add more of mixed cornstarch and water, if you think it isn't thick enough)
When it is boiling, crack the egg and stir them quickly for 1 min
Remove from the stove and ready to serve for 3 portions
